Christos is an Associate of the firm since 2019 practicing civil, commercial and finance areas of the law. He graduated law from the Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and further completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from the same university. Christos was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2014.
Christos is a confident person, optimistic and self-aware of the circumstances when it comes to legal consulting. He is a committed hard worker who welcomes new and potentially difficult assignments.
Christos started his career working at various prestigious law firms in Limassol, as well as an internal legal advisor for an Investment Funds Management Firm in Cyprus. Throughout the years Christos has been involved in various litigation, corporate, financial and AML regulatory matters, thus he gained valuable expertise in different areas and industries of the law.
Christos’ main areas of practice are civil, commercial, financial and cybercrime disputes. He further specializes in CySEC and AIF regulatory compliance and finance law. Having previously worked as internal legal advisor in an Alternative Investment Funds Management Firm in Cyprus, deeply involved in all aspects of legal and regulatory compliance requirements, Christos has acquired the experience and the skills that enable him to contribute significantly to any Investment Fund Management Firm looking at setting up in Cyprus, or to have outsourced Regulatory and AML Compliance support. He frequently acts for Investment Firms and Investment Funds regulated by Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission (CySEC).
