Niki was born in London, UK. She graduated law and was further awarded an LL.M in Commercial and Maritime Law (with Distinction) from the University of Hertfordshire (UK). She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2010 and she joined the AGP & Co Commercial & Corporate litigation practice in 2014.
Niki is a confident person, optimistic and self-aware of the circumstances when it comes to consulting. She is a committed hard worker who welcomes new and potentially difficult assignments.
Niki’s main area of practice is Commercial and Corporate litigation; she has a broad range of experience in business and commercial disputes covering shareholders disputes and derivative actions, including breach of share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, as well as financial and cybercrime cases. Niki has further been involved in high profile litigation cases including interim orders and prohibitory injunctions in Cyprus.
Niki acts for large groups and international corporations as well as for private individuals, in defending or promoting their legal rights in Cyprus, but also in arbitration or court proceedings in other jurisdictions.
Furthermore, Niki is an Accredited Civil and Commercial mediator, since 2016.
Last but not least, Niki has been the elected Vice-President of the Limassol Bar Association Committee since 2017, Secretary of the Committee since 2014, and a member of the Committee since 2011.
She is fluent in English and Greek.
