Stamos is an experienced immigration lawyer with expertise on Cyprus and EU immigration rules.
As an experienced immigration and asylum lawyer and having served as Judge Assistant at the European Union Agency for Asylum in Cyprus, Stamos joined AGP in 2022 to offer extensive support and legal advisory on Immigration, Citizenship and Asylum matters.

During the course of his education Stamos has worked as an immigration consultant at a property & immigration agency where he was involved in various high net individual property and immigration matters in support of the citizenship programs, where he had gained valuable experience.

Stamos has completed his Lawyer Traineeship at the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus. He then went on to complete a prestigious internship at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium.

Upon completion of his traineeship Stamos performed a contract based fixed term contract as a Court/Judge Assistant at the European Union Agency for Asylum – International Protection Administrative Court in Nicosia, Cyprus.

His work experience has aided him to develop valuable skills as a client centered professional which will no doubt make him a great asset to the firm. Stamos is able to contribute significantly to every investor looking to obtain residency permit or passport in Cyprus, from legal as well as from the immigration point of view.

Stamos handles real estate and immigration matters for foreign clients and is involved in all aspects of Permanent Residency and Citizenship Programs of the Republic of Cyprus, assisting clients from A to Z up until issue and delivery of either residency permit or passport.

Stamos is also conducting research, COI (Country of Origin), related to topics in the field of international protection and refugee law. He provides legal advice to the applicants during all stages of the asylum procedure; responding in detail to all their questions and provides all relevant information to any applicant’s case. Due to the nature of his previous employment, as a court/judge assistant in IPAC, he has worked closely with the judges of the court, having an in depth understanding of the procedures followed.

He is fluent in Greek and English.
