Double Tax Treaty between Cyprus & Jersey

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus has issued a press release announcing the conclusion of a Double Tax Treaty between Cyprus and Jersey in London, on Monday, July 11.

The said agreement is expected to contribute to the further development of the economic relations between the two countries.

The agreement is based on the OECD Model Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Capital. Further details on its exact provisions are expected to be published shortly.
