Our firm is seeking to on-board a new team member of the Administration department to provide support to the firm daily operational activities. We are seeking for a person with drive and initiative who aspires to grow with our firm and advance in responsibilities.


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in administrative position
  • Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial / Administration
  • Strong Presentation skills; accustomed to a formal professional attire
  • Strong values of responsibility, accountability and confidentiality
  • Personal skills such as confidence, initiative, reliability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both English & Greek
  • Referrals


  • Providing telephone support in answering, returning and transferring telephone calls for members of the staff and recording messages on their behalf;
  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly professional manner and offering of drinks;
  • Supervising incoming / outgoing couriers, including preparation of packages and cover letters;
  • Collaborate with external agents and suppliers for office supplies while maintaining stock control;
  • Entering calendar appointments for members of staff while keeping office calendar up to date;
  • Manage MD’s appointments, meetings and calls in a responsible and professional manner;
  • Ensure that all administration information is accurately and promptly entered onto our Firm’s databases, keeping records;
  • Performing general secretarial duties and any other related duties that may be assigned such as drafting documents and assist with letter preparations,
  • Assistance to the Accounts dept for the issuance and follow-up of invoices;
  • Supporting the MD with personal matters (banks, payments, insurances, licenses travel arrangements, visa issuance, etc)
