Marina is a senior member of the Corporate Services department of AGPLAW.  She joined the Firm in 2014.

Marina is a responsible, highly-motivated and an experienced corporate administrator with an extensive background in corporate secretarial services. Having worked with a leading international corporate management company, she joined AGPLAW in 2014.

Marina’s responsibilities vary from ensuring that international companies’ records are duly maintained, that all statutory documents are completed and signed, to preparing and holding directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.  She further undertakes the formation and on-going administration of Cyprus and foreign companies.

She is fluent in Greek and English.
