  • Achieved the first court orders in Cyprus for the exhumation and DNA testing of a deceased Turkish Cypriot landowner to support posthumous paternity claims by Greek Cypriot descendants, a case with potential to reclassify substantial property holdings, impact public land use policies, and set precedent in cross-community inheritance disputes linked to the island’s division.

  • Succeeded in securing a judgment for an Afghanistan-based client in a $1.5 million claim against a Cyprus Investment Firm for fraud and breach of contract, obtaining an asset-freezing injunction, and executing writs of attachment against the Cyprus VAT Authority and multiple banks to recover funds held in the defendant’s accounts.
  • Succeeded in taking over representation in a $1 million dispute involving fraud and breach of contract by a Cyprus Investment Firm regulated by CySEC, after the client’s prior injunction was dismissed and her former lawyer refused to release the case file.
