Myrianthi Papagianni is a Partner at AGPLAW, advising local and international clients on corporate, M&A, private client and trust matters, with a particular focus on complex transactions and long-term structuring.
With more than fourteen years of experience in corporate and commercial law, Myrianthi works closely with corporates, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters. Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, re-domiciliations, group reorganisations, dissolutions and strategic investments, as well as the drafting and negotiation of sophisticated corporate and commercial agreementss.
Myrianthi is also a senior member of AGPLAW’s Trusts and Private Client practice, advising on the establishment, administration and ongoing management of trust structures, succession planning and asset-holding arrangements. She regularly supports private clients, family offices, and family-owned businesses in structuring and safeguarding assets, ensuring that corporate and trust structures are aligned with long-term wealth, and succession objectives.
She is particularly valued for her deal-driven, pragmatic approach, combining strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of commercial realities and risk allocation. Myrianthi regularly advises on shareholders’ agreements, loan and security documentation, pledge arrangements, cooperation and service agreements, as well as transaction-related compliance and regulatory considerations.

Myrianthi holds a Law degree from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester (UK). She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2009.
She is fluent in Greek and English, with basic proficiency in Russian.
