Sonita is an Associate Lawyer at AGP Law since late 2019 focusing on corporate, corporate finance & capital markets, private acquisitions and commercial areas of the law.

Sonita graduated Law from the Moscow State Law Academy, obtained Master of Laws from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, majoring on Corporate & Commercial areas of law, and completed the Legal Practice Course with BPP Law School (London) in Private Acquisitions, Debt Finance & Advance Commercial Property.

While at the London School of Economics Sonita worked as an assistant Editor-In-Chief. During her advanced training Sonita worked as a Paralegal in a London based Law Firm in the areas of Banking and Corporate Departments and was also a Member of the Organising Committee in Economic Forums in Russia.

Sonita is a devoted lawyer with excellent work ethics who takes on any challenge and obstacle that may occur and always finds a solution. She has an admirable ability in drafting various legal documents such as facility agreements, deeds etc.

She speaks fluently Russian, English, Greek, French and Spanish on an intermediate level.
