Styliana is an Associate Lawyer and Compliance Assistant at AGPLAW supporting clients on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. She works closely with both legal and compliance teams to ensure that clients operate in full accordance with Cyprus legal and regulatory requirements.

Her practice focuses on corporate administration, regulatory compliance, and due diligence procedures. Styliana assists with company formation, maintenance, and ongoing corporate governance obligations. She is actively involved in ensuring that clients meet their compliance requirements, including anti money laundering procedures and internal regulatory frameworks.

Styliana also contributes to the preparation and review of corporate documentation and legal materials, supporting transactions and day to day corporate operations. Through her attention to detail and structured approach, she helps clients maintain transparency, mitigate risk, and meet regulatory expectations efficiently.

In her compliance role, Styliana assists with the implementation of policies and procedures, conducts due diligence reviews, and supports internal compliance monitoring.

Styliana holds a Law degree from the Democritus University of Thrace (Greece). She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2026.

She is fluent in Greek and English.
