Previously known as the Financial services Board (FSB), the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is the regulatory body of South Africa’s non-banking financial services industry, which includes collective investment schemes and financial advisors and brokers, among others. It operates under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS).
