We are seeking to onboard a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Services Administrator to join our team and support our expanding Corporate Services Department. We value hard work, personal attention, customer centric approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the incorporation and administration of Cyprus and international companies.
  • Preparing and filing corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings.
  • Managing corporate records and ensure timely submission of documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Handling client communication and coordination with third-party providers on corporate-related matters.
  • Maintaining and updating internal CRM and document management systems.
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies.
  • Managing UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance.
  • Supporting day-to-day client interactions and ensure high-quality service standards.
  • What we are looking for:
    • A good knowledge of corporate services activities.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (corporate services, law firm, or fiduciary services preferred).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn, with good time management and reporting abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.

    Location: Limassol Offices at AGP CHAMBERS | Employment type: Full Time | Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 14:00.
