Fenia possesses a strong drive for personal growth as well as professional, she is highly efficient and can easily adapt in handling demanding situations.
Fenia is an Associate lawyer of the firm with experience in the financial services industry as well as in banking and contract law.

Fenia joined AGP Law in 2023 within our firm’s Financial Regulatory department. She is a result oriented and highly motivated professional, with excellent communication skills, always with a positive attitude and always willing to assist. She graduated in law from the University of Neapolis, Cyprus. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2020.

Before joining AGP Law Fenia used to work at a well-known law firm in Paphos as a trainee lawyer and then after passing her bar exams she was hired as a lawyer gaining invaluable experience in litigation, banking, and contract law. She then moved on to a distinguished financial institution in Limassol where she firstly worked as a back-office officer and then was promoted to risk management officer, where she was dealing with KYC procedures, client risk assessments, regulatory reports etc.

Being a member of the AGP Law’s Financial Regulation and Advisory Department, she consults local and international financial and investment firms and institutions during their licensing process before CySEC and foreign regulators, as well as on the design and structuring of the investment firm structure. She acts for clients interested in applying for FX/EMI/PI licenses as well as for already established investment firms interested in the AGP Law outsourced Compliance and AML support services.

She is fluent in Greek and English.
