Branch Registration in Cyprus
We Undertake the registration of branch of a foreign company wishing to operate in Cyprus through the use of a branch instead of a subsidiary
Branch registration requires that the foreign company submits to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies the following documents:
- Certified copy of its Constitution (or the Charter, or the Memorandum and Articles of Association).
- Name and contact details of a branch representative who shall be a person residing in Cyprus and who shall be authorized to duly represent the company in Cyprus.
- Details of the foreign Company's director(s) and secretary.
We assist on duly registering the branch in Cyprus, in accordance with the Cyprus Company Law, Charter 113.
We ensure that all documents of the foreign company have duly been certified in the way that they are accepted by the Registrar; wrong applications will inevitably cause delay and additional costs.
Τhe AGP Law personnel is regularly appointed as branch representatives in order to satisfy the statutory requirements.
Upon completion of the branch registration, we shall provide you with the relevant certificate of registration. Once registered, the branch is ready to commence operations and be registered with local VAT and Tax authorities.
